After Chandi Path / Durga Saptshati or say Devi Mahatmya Path, Batuk Bhairv Puja and Path is necessary, 'coz Batuk Bhairv is an Ang-Devta of Devi. Below is Apaduddharan Batuk Bhairav Shatnam Stotra in Normal Kram.

ॐ ह्रीं भैरवो भूत-नाथश्च, भूतात्मा भूत-भावनः। क्षेत्रज्ञः क्षेत्र - पालश्च, क्षेत्रदः क्षत्रियो विराट्।।१ 
श्मशान-वासी मांसाशी, खर्पराशी स्मरान्त-कृत्। रक्तपः पानपः सिद्धः, सिद्धिदः सिद्धि - सेवितः ।।२ 

कङ्कालः काल-शमनः, कला-काष्ठा-तनुः कविः। त्रि - नेत्रो बहु - नेत्रश्च, तथा पिङ्गल - लोचनः ।।३
 शूल-पाणिः खड्ग-पाणिः, कङ्काली धूम्र-लोचनः। अभीरुभैरवी - नाथो, भूतपो योगिनी - पतिः ।।४ 

धनदोऽधन - हारी च, धन - वान् प्रतिभाग-वान्। नाग-हारो नाग-केशो, व्योम-केशः कपाल-भृत्।।५ 
कालः कपाल-माली च, कमनीयः कला-निधिः। त्रि-लोचनः ज्वलन्नेत्रस्त्रि-शिखीच त्रि-लोक-भृत्।।६ 

त्रिवृत्त-तनयो डिम्भः, शान्तः शान्त-जन-प्रियः। बटुको बटु - वेषश्च, खट्वाङ्ग - वर - धारकः ।।७ 
भूताध्यक्षः पशु - पतिभिक्षुकः परिचारकः। धूर्तो दिगम्बरः शौरिर्हरिणः पाण्डु - लोचनः।।०८ 

प्रशान्तः शान्तिदः शुद्धः, शङ्कर - प्रिय - बान्धवः। अष्ट - मूर्तिर्निधीशश्च, ज्ञान - चक्षुस्तपो - मयः।।०९ 
अष्टाधारः षडाधारः, सर्प - युक्तः शिखी-सखः । भूधरो भूधराधीशो, भूपतिर्भू - धरात्मजः ।।१० 

कपाल-धारी मुण्डी च, नाग-यज्ञोपवीत-वान्। जृम्भणो मोहनः स्तम्भी, मारणः क्षोभणस्तथा ।।११ 
शुद्ध - नीलाञ्जन - प्रख्य- देहः मुण्ड - विभूषणः । बलि-भुग् बलि-भुङ्-नाथो, बालो बाल-पराक्रमः ।।१२ 

सर्वापत् - तारणो दुर्गो, दुष्ट - भूत - निषेवितः। कामी कला-निधिः कान्तः, कामिनी-वश-कृट्-वशी ।।१३ 
जगद्-रक्षा-करोऽनन्तो, माया-मन्त्रौषधी-मयः। सर्व-सिद्धि-प्रदो वैद्यः, प्रभ-विष्णुरितीवहि ह्रीं ॐ ।।१४

Organising the mind and creating something wonderful

 I work from home as many people do. When I get up in the morning, I often get confused either to take a bath, a walk, watch tv — or do my work. And when I open my PC, still there are so many things: backing up files, mainly databases, managing usernames and passwords, reading emails, and there is always a chance to get lost in social media, facebook, twitter and other things. After an hour or two, I find that I’ve messed up everything. But this must not go everyday….. So I need to use a willpower? Kind of motivation, inspiration that I need to do only prioritise work: what is important, first; second important, second; third important, third; and so on. But in my case, will power often fails — it makes me inflexible, arrogant, dry of ideas and playfulness. And I find myself just doing nothing, it's just willpower and determination that break my back.
