Eat it anytime, in breakfast, lunch or dinner. It triggers the taste buds and the whole nervous system.You may also add raw turmeric. Just take all the ingredients, crush them and add rock salt to it. It is ready. I usually make it with in a minute.
If you don't have raw amla just add lemon juice and even if you don't have lemon, just add one leaf of Kokum.
In place of green chili you may also use mix of black pepper and long pepper.
Raw turmeric, ginger and garlic -- they have numerous health benefits, no matter whatever disease you are suffering with.
Please don't preserve it for many days, 'coz you can make it in a minute. One of side effects of putting in refrigerator is that prana tattva is lost.
