There might be many things, but whatever are in my knowledge I'm just writing them below:
- Black Pepper (also positive pranic acc. Sadhguru)
- Neem Leaves
- Turmeric Powder
- Tulsi Leaves (or concentrated ark)
- Bel Leaves
- Amala
- Green Leaves (chlorophyll rich)
- Raw vegetables
- Fruits & Juices
- Pranayam
- Yoga (Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Surya Namaskar; or learn from Shri Iyengar's book or from his youtube videos)
- Fasting (properly cared, else it may harm)
And please don't eat those things which lower your immunity. Take care!
