Consciousness And Movements Of Eyes

If you study NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) there are many kinds of eyes movements for accessing to future and past memories.

Here is something more.

When a person is in high state of consciousness his eyes generally go upward, towards the third eye. And when a person in lower state of consciousness his eyes go downward, for example, when a person tells some false stories his eyes generally are at the ground.

This is a general rule as I think, but some also suggest to lower your eyes and see at belly button, this helps in meditation -- but when I do thins I feel sleepy; perhaps, it might work for some people.unca
