Shri Batuk Bhairav Chalisa Batuk Bhairava is one of the most popular Bhairavas, Batuk means child — he is worshipped in his child form. He is helpful and supposed to be pleased fast. His mantra : ऊँ ह्रीं बटुकाय आपदुद्धारणाय कुरु कुरु बटुकाय ह्रीं ऊँ स्वाहा. (Pls don’t chant his mantra without guidance.) ॥ दोहा ॥ विश्वनाथ को सुमिर मन, धर गणेश का ध्यान, भैरव चालीसा पढू , कृपा करिए भगवान ॥ बटुकनाथ भैरव भजूं , श्री काली के लाल, [मुझ दास] पर कृपा कर , काशी के कुतवाल ॥ ॥ चौपाई ॥ १) जय जय श्री काली के लाला रहो दास पर सदा दयाला

 “ह्रीं बटुकाय आपदुद्धारणाय कुरु कुरु बटुकाय ह्रीं” This is famous mantra of Batuk Bhairav to get rid of any kind of problem, it is mostly find in every tantra books —’coz Batuk Bhairav is so helpful. The word “Batuk” means child or a small boy; the word “Bala” also means child or a small boy. As Batuk is used for Bhairav; Bala is used for lord Hanuman, say Balaji or Mehandipur Balaji. Mehandipur is a place in Rajasthan (India), there is the most popular temple of lord Hanuman, and near him you find Bhairav as well as Pretraaj Sarkar temple. Apart from above mantra, it is useful to chant his 108 names, as they are following in Normal /सृष्टि क्रम, you may add ॐ or  ॐ ह्रीं, before the beginning of each name. For japa:  ॐ ह्रीं भैरवाय नमः (like that for each name). For pujan with flowers and their petals: ॐ ह्रीं भैरवाय नमः पूजियामि (add pujiyami after each name).
