My MacBook Air Upgraded To High Sierra

Yesterday I got a notification on my MacBook Air that upgrade from Sierra to High Sierra is ready, to install. Without delay, I paused my work and clicked, yes, install. It took around 45 minutes. I was asked to plug power supply, that was good thing. So I plugged power supply and left my MacBook Air for half an hour. Published 2017/11/15 When the installation of High Sierra was complete I was asked to put Admin password, and log-in details for iCloud, and I was somewhat forced for double authentication for iCloud, which I disabled later on. My passwords are already so strong, many times I don't prefer double authentication. Next day when I opened my MacBook Air, I got a notification like what's new in High Sierra, I just grabbed that link. http://help.apple.com/macOS/high-sierra/whats-new/?lang=en&cases=kIFAGHvXTAepRptQXiXe5w,N0bfKOvERSiAp06mHOcgOQ&notification=1#/photos-live That link showed my page by page, some interesting features like the followings: - Photos: Ad...

Mac Trick: Without Finder Window Create New Document Instantly

I’ve had this headache that for every txt, rtf, or pages document I needed to take a route then selecting that target folder where I wanted to save my document. It wastes time, actually. And I feel irritated with it. So what I do to save my time, I create a blank document on desktop of whatever txt, rtf, pages I want. And whenever I needed to create a new document in any folder I just copy and paste. This is fast and easy. I prefer txt document for writing purpose, coz it is less in size than pages document; and you can directly copy and paste from txt document to anywhere in the world — with pages the formatting goes along with.

Knowing Mac Keyboard For Windows Switcher

If you are new to Mac, I think it won't take more than few hours to get familiar with it. Knowing keyboards and its keys is the first step to knowing Mac, that's the way it runs. And that's the way I learned to use it. So here we go. In Windows we do ctrl+c, ctrl+v, ctrl+x, ctrl+a for copy, paste, cut, select all. In Mac we do with "command" key. Remember 'em all for Mac keyboard: "Fn" for function | "⌘" for command | "⇧" for shift | "⌥" for option | "⌃" for control | "⇪" for caps lock. BASIC PLAY: NEW, OPEN, SAVE, SWITCH, PRINT ⌘ + c = copy ⌘ + v = paste ⌘ + x = cut ⌘ + a = select all ⌘ + z = undo ; ⌘ + ⇧ + z = redo

Getting Started With Mac First Time

These days on Diwali, there is heavy discount on Mac Air and other Mac models by the websites like Flipkart.com, Amazon.in, Tatacliq.com and lots more. People just love Mac, and when the MRP goes down — they are ready to buy it, anyhow. People who ever used Windows and never used Mac, face a problem, "how to go about it, how to run this machine !"
